Our house is steps from Hemisfair Park, King William, the San Antonio Convention Center, The Alamodome, The Alamo, The Riverwalk & some of San Antonio's best restaurants! Walk, bike or ride a scooter to the best of San Antonio's attractions. This 120-year-old cottage has been masterfully renovated with modern bohemian decor throughout. Enjoy the interior, sit on the front porch in rocking chairs, or escape in the backyard.

NEW: Hemisfair's Civic Park just opened! It has an amazing water feature that kids and adults can play in, along with a beautiful lawn and other features. Hemisfair is approximately one block north on Alamo Street.

Enjoy our heated lounge pool, covered deck, BBQ pit, eating area, lounge chairs, privacy fence and driveway! The lounge pool is 8 x 15 feet and 4 feet deep and provides a fantastic way to cool down in the summer or warm up in the winter, and it is heated year-round. We also have a propane heater on the back patio.

We provide parking onsite, with a private driveway and gate.

Southtown is an eclectic neighborhood with a mix of remodeled and original homes! The people here are diverse and extremely neighborly, and the area encompasses a large creative community with a unique mix of artists, locally-owned bars, coffee shops, boutiques, museums and art galleries. It also includes King William, a Victorian-inspired neighborhood filled with history and charm.

LOCATION:
The Tower of America and Hemisfair Park has a new children's park with a fun splash pad, and this is 1/4 mile away! They also recently opened Civic Park, with a water feature, beautiful lawn and lots of festivals and events.

The San Antonio Riverwalk is one of the top tourist destinations in the world, and it is about an 18 minute walk to the main area! You can enjoy miles of the wind downtown river with restaurants, riverboat taxis and tours, and much more.

The Alamodome is barely a 1/2 mile away! You can walk to concerts and sporting events.

The San Antonio Convention Center is 9/10ths of a mile away. The Alamo is also less than a mile away. We are truly in the heart of Southtown and downtown San Antonio living.

Guests are walking just steps from restaurants such as The Battalion, Rosario’s, Maverick, Bliss, Cascabel, Pharm Table, Senor Veggies, my favorite sandwich shop The Filling Station. ... and TOO many others to list! There are spots within a few hundred feet for lunch, brunch, breakfast and dinner.

Also steps away are great bars such as The Friendly Spot, Bar America, the historic Rathskeller, Beethoven’s old German hangout and many more! Brown Coffee is a stone’s throw away if you want some sweets instead! The Pharm table has delicious food, drinks and brunch. Rosarios is a classic. There are too many attractions nearby to mention.

Fiesta is one of the premier festivals in the entire United States, taking place every April, and you will be in the heart of the festivities without worrying about driving because you are walking distance to everything!

The house sleeps 9 if two people sleep in the living room on the pullout sofa. Otherwise it sleeps 7 comfortably in the bedrooms.

• We provide you with complimentary dish soap, laundry detergent, travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, travel-sized soap, toilet paper and one roll of papers towels to make your stay comfortable! If you are planning on shopping, we have a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. We provide coffee!
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, with everything from pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and more.
• We have wifi, a smart-tv in the living room, and an alarm (security) system if you wish to use it.
• We have a pack n play and a high chair available to use.
• We also have a BBQ gas grill in the backyard, and a propane heater!
