Welcome to La Reina Family Poolside Villa part of Alamo City Retreats a house perfect for a large family or group of friends. Relax in our amazing heated pool while the kids splash around on the tanning ledge or enjoy the hot tub after a long day out exploring the city. Just want to stay in? No problem! Have an outdoor movie night, play games in the game room, or eat together as a family with ample seating for everyone. With 4 spacious bedrooms, everyone has space to relax at the end of the day.



The Space:

~Private Pool - We can heat the pool for a small fee typically from March-October. There are times outside of those months where we can heat the pool but it is weather dependent.

~Hot Tub w/ jets - we heat the hot tub all year round at no charge. It usually does not stay cold in San Antonio for very long but in extreme cold weather (with temps around freezing) the Hot Tub may not heat effectively.

~Heated/AC’d Game Room - Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Shuffleboard, Arcade Games

We do not allow parties and pets also in San Antonio during the summer it is common for mosquitos to come out after dark



Rooms:

1st Floor -

Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room w/ half bath, washer and dryer, seating for 8 people and additional kitchen table with seating for 6.

2nd Floor -

Master Bedroom - King Size Bed with private master bathroom with shower and bath tub. The Master bedroom also includes a private desk for working remote.

Bedroom #4 Twin over Full Bunk bed with additional twin bed

The house is close to all the main attractions in San Antonio including

Comfortably park two cars in the driveway or more on the street in front of the house.

Getting Around:

The driveway can fit 4 standard cars and there is parking on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The Pool is currently only heated in temps above 50F, usually from March-October, outside of these dates it is weather dependent. We charge $75/night to heat the pool, we require the pool to be heated the whole stay to maintain temperature.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property’s quiet hours from 10PM-8AM on Sunday-Thursday and 11pm-8am on Friday & Saturday these are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise.
