NO SMOKING/Vaping of any substance permitted in the house or on the premises. We have smoke and noise detector. Immediate cancellation without refund for non-compliance as well as any necessary fees ($1500) to rid our home of odors and litter.

- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.

Guest Verification Requirement

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require the following from the primary guest (the person making the booking):

Government-Issued ID: A clear photo or scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID must be provided within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Guest List: A complete list of all individuals who will be staying at the property must be submitted prior to check-in. This list should include the full names and ages of all guests.

Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

NOTE: Standard cleaning fee is included and covers general tidying, laundry, sanitation, and cleaning expected after courteous guests. Extra charges will apply for excessive cleaning or damages (including, but not limited to stained linens/towels, food/drink spills, trash left throughout the home, stained furniture) or any damage beyond normal wear. To help out, we provide makeup remover towels, tissues, and clean rags. Please use these to avoid staining our regular towels or linens. We kindly ask that you treat the home the way you’d like others to treat yours.
