"Nice location on the beach with plenty of sunbeds. Sewer smell in the room. The room is too small - you can hardly get around the bed and there is nowhere to put your bags. Bad hotel restaurant: The food is below average and only after some discussion did the restaurant agree not to charge for a beer that was not cold. No good restaurants nearby. You have to drive to the city. The beach was full of seaweed."

"Wisiting San Andres with boyfriend and dad for a two nights stay. Really nice centrally located hotel on San Andres…walking distance to shopping and the beach. Rooms are spacious and the bed is nice. Nothing pretentious but it has what you need. Service was in top, really kind and helpful receptionists, helping with recommendations on activities and restaurants. Especially Sara gave an excellent service. Waiters in the restaurant were really nice, smiling and with nice personalities. Breakfast...

"Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio."
