The Gaviotas apartment is located on the first floor and features air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a sandwich maker, and a TV. It has two double beds and one single bed, as well as Wi-Fi.

It’s a very clean and safe place. A lovely place to relax after a day of sun and sea. There’s a small grocery store nearby, and the neighborhood and its people are the best.

The Space
The Las Gaviotas neighborhood is a very quiet and safe area, with a 15- to 20-minute walk to the airport, and just one block away are the island’s three main avenues: Centro, San Luis, and Loma. On these avenues, you’ll find fast-food restaurants, a supermarket, a church, a hospital, and transportation options (buses, taxis, and motorcycle taxis).
