Excellent location, literally a minute from the beach, restaurants and shops. Assos really is a very special little place and Steve and Dot were always around if we needed them but unobtrusive…they also play some gorgeous music from their upstairs home, turn that music up! "I was travelling alone, on a return visit Agia Efimia which I find the ideal and charming village to stay in. This property was the perfect location, tucked just behind the main harbour front in the centre of Agia Efimia. The aprtment, although a little dated was immaculate and very clean with the facilities I required for my stay. "Spent 5 nights. It was very comfortable. Serviced apartment so kept spotless. Kitchen equipped but no supplies at all so get your own oil, detergent etc. Pool is delightful and and the location is great even if you don't have a car. You can walk to Fiskardo and get a taxi back, and Dafnoudi beach is walkable if it's not too hot."

"Great location beside the sea, easy to park, very very clean, everything you need inside and more, Nicolas met us as agreed and showed us in and answered all our questions. Two balconies with different views of the sea, lots of space to spread out. Quiet location but shops and a couple of good restaurants 5 minutes walk away or 20 minute walk along the seafront to the many restaurants and shops in Sami."

"Der Balkon des Studios ist direkt über einem Café. Man kann den Gästen in die Tasse schauen. Entsprechend nah sind Lärm und Küchengerüche. Obwohl das Studio ziemlich gross ist, findet man kaum Platz, den Koffer zu öffnen. Es ist überfüllt mit Einrichtungsgegenständen fraglichen Nutzens. Oder braucht es 19 Kissen und ungezählte Plastikpflanzen, davon 4 im eh kleinen Bad? Wir können diese Bleibe nicht weiterempfehlen."
