We will make sure that all our staff knows where the decaf coffee is stored. We are also sorry that you found the bathrobes not comfortable. As we are certified with the “Austrian Eco-Label”, we take various measures in eco-friendliness and sustainability. One of these measures is that we no longer provide the small toiletires, as they produce enormous amounts of waste and plastic. Instead we offer eco-friendly bottles of hand soap at the sink and a body soap and shampoo combination in the shower. The products are of excellent quality. Any other toiletries you need, you can get at our reception desk. There is information in every room explaining our eco-friendly policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and support.
