"This house was amazing. We could see and hear the ocean everyday from our deck. The beach was a very short walk from the house. It is in a quiet neighbor as well. We enjoyed our trip and would go back in the future!! "

"This is the best beach house we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for the two of us but easily accommodates more. The furnishings were beautiful and the welcome gifts were such a nice touch. The whole house inside seemed brand new…the owners were great and you could tell they put a lot of thought into everything to make sure their guests would enjoy their stay. The location couldn’t have been better…oceanfront and right on the beach. Hopefully will have another opportunity to stay there again....

"Communication with owner before we arrived was easy and quick. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed the location which is a backyard and street away from the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and convenient to going either north or south on the Outer Banks. We enjoyed our time at "Down South". We did not realize we needed to bring our own sheets and towels. We stopped at a thrift store in Kitty Hawk on the way down and bought some. We left them behind in hopes that someone else will be able...

"This was a last minute trip for us. At first, it was easy to book and the availability was nice since they did not require a one week stay and we were literally fitting this trip in between two events. The house was everything that we expected and need. Unfortunately we didn’t get beach time with Hurricane Debby but we still had much needed relaxation. "

"Great spot with easy access to the beach right beside de building. Close to the Avon Pier and groceries Clean place Would have apreciated darker blindings for better sleep but other than that it was a very good stay"
