"Was really great being right by the boardwalk. The room was very clean. The staff was awesome. Let us check in early. The only thing is our room needed another garbage can and the deck furniture needed cleaned. I would stay there again without question "

"Very nice place. Friend and I spent a couple nights while visiting my college child who’s working in OC this summer. Cute very well appointed condo. Very comfortable for two people. Nicely appointed, linens, towels, beach stuff… I am quite picky and not often do I do rentals, but was quite impressed and would stay at this condo again. Thanks for a comfortable stay."

"The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay."

"Very peaceful stay with little disturbances. Terrific view, clean unit with very nice kitchen, that had the cutest stove with an oven. The marble countertops were beautiful. Internet reception was not good. Stayed early October for four days. The only complaint about the unit was that the Murphy bed inside doors needed to be painted. I felt like I was sleeping in a box. Check in was confusing with multiple emails about the process. Check in cabinet was outside under a tree on the right side of...

"John was an amazing host. He answered all my questions and was available whenever I needed anything. The place was cozy and perfect for a weekend in ocean city. The beach is a block away in north ocean city where it’s a lot more quiet and family friendly. John even left a frozen pizza for us so we didn’t have to worry about dinner after arriving and provided ground coffee for the reusable k-cup. Would definitely stay again."

"There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks."

"This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

"Suitable for a 2 people stay. Great pier for sunsets, beach, and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool opens to outdoors which was nice. Good views. No issues with checking in/out."
