"We had the most amazing stay at gara rock . The place is beautiful and set in amazing beachside settings with breathtaking views. Everything is exceptional, the hotel, the setting, the food and the staff. They really made the stay fantastic as they went above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure you have the best stay. They were so friendly and helpful every single one of them. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be returning! "

"Diana was most helpful, my messages were answered promptly & she was most informative.However I would not choose to book through VrboNext time , I would prefer to book with the host.The Apartment was fabulous, gorgeous view from our balcony , well equipped and spotlessly clean .The walk into Salcombe was only 10 minutes .Had lovely lunches at the Winking Prawn & Crab shack .Small things , but if would have been useful to have had a small jug of milk in the fridge for a cup of tea & a few dish...

"The location is magnificent, this is such a stunning part of devon, and you walk out the door basically onto the beach! The room was beautiful, with colour and texture and charm. the only slight against it was the only parking is the public carpark nextdoor so about £10 per day, but thats not much of a gripe in the scheme of things and they were super dog friendly. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. "

"The cottage had everything we needed. Situated in an ideal position near the quay, with shops, pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance. A great base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country. The owner was very helpful. Gardener's Cottage was perfect for the two of us and we would definitely return."
