"We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area "

"This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. "Clean room but a bit on the small side, however 2 separate beds which were a nice size for one person. Nice restaurants on ground floor, 24 h open convenience store in the building. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet ok priced but they were a little slow to fill up. Food was excellent though"
