"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport.
They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time.
Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy.
However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan."

"The house was centrally located close to the train station, Don Quijoto and convenience stores, so no car needed. There were 12 of us, and we were all comfortable, and appreciated that there were 2 full baths. We would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to Tokyo. And the host was wonderful. "
