The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 160, and the other with a double bed 140 and a single bed 90

Small village with family tourism, Saint Vincent sur Jard offers all the amenities and activities for a stay on the ocean of the most pleasant. Its sandy beach lined with pine trees is ideal for days swimming and lazing in the sun from the coast of light.

The nautical base of the Bouil allows to learn navigation or to rent a boat.

The marshes and the forest surrounding the village are the perfect setting for long walks on foot or by bike. The surf schools of Jard or Longeville, less than 5 km away, offer a whole range of water sports to discover.

Less than 20 km away, Les Sables d'Olonne is a seaside resort renowned for its beach, port and embankment, but also for its restaurants, casinos, bars and the atmosphere of its evenings.

Moving away from the coast, the Vendée offers many other activities, between Marais Poitevin and Marais Breton, the Bocage, the rich history of the Vendée can be read on the many remains that can be visited. The most striking of these is the Puy du Fou, which has since become an exciting and always surprising historical amusement park to visit.
