Two new houses, each with a private entrance and parking space. Ideally located between the beach and shops. The ground floor comprises the main living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen/living room and a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (80cm), and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Outside, there is a terrace with a bioclimatic pergola and garden furniture.

Amenities: Television, refrigerator, microwave, small washing machine, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, griddle, Wi-Fi. A private storage room.

Location: Approximately 600m from the beach and 900m from the shops in the town center.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning (upon reservation): €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided.
Electricity consumption will be charged extra during the low season (January 1st to June 30th and September 1st to December 31st).
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption will be charged extra during the off-season.
Pets are not allowed. The electrical grid does not support electric vehicle charging.
