Friendly and helpful staff. Location can loud with passing vans, dogs barking. Slight bug problem on ground floor. "

"Great house with three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached full baths. We loved cooking breakfast in the big kitchen and taking it out with our coffee to the outdoor dining table on the porch overlooking the water as there was always a cool breeze in the morning. Sitting by the pool with a drink in hand and watching the sunset was also a highlight. It is a three minute walk down to the beach and a six minute walk to the sandbar which has chairs to rent for 10. The owners are very responsive...

"Incredible view, remote house, no ac or tv’s, which for the most part was good. Some nights it was a little too humid/hot for sleeping, but if you open all of the windows the breeze made it ok. Beds were very hard. Overall great place for value and disconnecting."

"Had a peaceful stay at the Sandrati Villa. Jason (the property manager) was delightful and consistently available with questions. We were allowed to check in early allowing us to visit Princess Margaret beach and Belmont beach sooner! The villa does look like the photos but it is a little worn in real life. The main living room, dining and kitchen does not have AC but you can open the foldable/sliding doors to obtain a natural breeze. The AC units are only in the bedrooms. Thank goodness for AC!...

"My wife and i spent a week on Bequia at Sadewa Villa. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Communication with both the booking and property managers was flawless. We reached out several times for info from Jason and his responses were both accurate and quick. The house is in a wonderful location with both ocean and mountain views that you never tire of.
