"Le lieu est très agreable mais il aurait besoin d'un bon raffraichissement et d'un bon nettoyage. Les equipements sont datés et meriteraient un renouvellement (pas de micro onde/ pas de seche cheveux/ manque de materiel de cuisine (grande poele, casserole...). Et nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec me temps et n'avons pas profité de la piscine car elle n'etait pas chauffée. Dommage!"

"We found our stay to be mixed. First the good things - the house is spacious with plenty of room for a large family, the swimming pool is of a high quality and also of a good size, the people of Meslan (notably the baker, the pharmacist and the bar-keeper) were absolutely lovely and among the friendliest people that we have ever met in France. The less good things - Splinters, the deck around the pool is not well maintained and I pulled perhaps 20 splinters from our 3 kids feet over the 3 weeks...

"Sue and Terry are the consummate hosts. Friendly and very helpful, but respectful of their guest’s privacy. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut.
