"My husband and I stayed here for about 3 weeks in May, 2024. We have stayed in the Mountain Home area previously, so we were familiar with the area. This home is a little more out in the country than our other stays, but is a quick 12 minute drive to the nearest major grocery store, and 16 minutes or so to the heart of Mountain Home where there is an abundance of shopping and places to eat. "The size and layout of the house worked great for our group. Had plenty of space in the kitchen for everyone to be in there. Only downside were several wasps, dirt robbers, and spiders in the house and on the porch."

"Great location next to a few restaurants, smoked meats and store. Bathrooms and shower were great, beds comfortable and beautiful overall. Lots of wildlife viewing. Only thing we would change is to cut down more trees to take advantage of the view. Loved it, thanks!"

"The description and location were on point. It was comfortable and accommodating. The given directions were fine, just cross the bridge and go to the 1st drive on the left.. There were a couple things that need to be passed on. The 3rd bed that is a futon in the middle bedroom, a little uncomfortable for 2 adults. After trying to figure out how 4 adults could take showers with 2 towels(no way to contact host), we discovered extra towels in the main bedroom bath. There were no DVD's so you might...

"If you want to "get away from ALL" this is for you but road is not for the faint at heart or low cars....owner does send directions to AVOID GPS and follow the owner's directions! The swimming hole "made" this trip for us with children but not an easy access. If you need cell signal or wifi again NOT the place for you....this is for a GET-AWAY! We loved it!"
