"Very nice and conveniently located tiny apartment. The entrance is not trivial to find, but the instructions in the brochure clarify it (which I didn't read). The only complaint I have is that the 8-digit code for the building door is a hassle. After you enter the first few digits, it starts showing "invalid pin entered," but you have to keep putting it in... Also, there is a club on the same street, so there are many young people outside on Friday and Saturday nights, but the apartment was...

"Host was great, easy checkin, basic conveniences like coffee, oil and vinegar etc... maybe too many stairs and a bit small for 2 people"

"Too much construction occurring around the property. Also the rooftop area is covered in bird poop. Under the rooftop there is a pile of trash all over the place. Place was nice but having shampoo and body wash on the floor is not acceptable. Owner didn’t mention that key wasn’t even on site and that almost got locked out every night"

However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....

"The condo was clean, nice bedding and excellent location. Very disappointed in communication with host. We could not find the hair dryer and one of the tvs had issues. Communication was quite delayed (20hrs) and never rectified….sent several follow-up messages, again no resolution….disappointing. There were also no hand towels and one facecloth in bathroom, annd no dish towels or sponges. Also, could hear other tenants, not well soundproofed. This rental could be a 5 with a few touches and...
