"We had a wonderful stay at Kato Dool Wellness Resort! The staff were very kind and accommodating — they even allowed us to check out late because our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The view from the top of the mountain is absolutely amazing, especially at sunrise overlooking the Nile river. Since the resort is located uphill, we had to take a tuktuk to go up and down to the village. The ride can be a bit bumpy and dusty, which some people might not enjoy, but it didn’t bother...

"The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the family superior suit. The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again. "

"Overall the hotel was a nice experience. But it's clearly ready for a refurbishment... a bit old and worn. But overall the facilities were nice and well functioning. The reception were fast, friendly and easy to work with. The restaurant/kitchen staff were nice and friendly, but also quite slow. Waiting an hour for a "fast lunch snack" makes no sense - especially as we were the only table. The pasta was nice, but fried meats isn't there speciality I guess ;) .
