"We arrived late and the hotel have free pickup at the airport. It worked perfect. The hotel is located on 5. floor in a big house. They also have a desk on groundfloor with a person guiding you to where to go. they have a basic breakfast buffe, but it includes all the essential things like bread, cheese, fruit and a bit of hot things as well. It's very near to the egyptian museum and the metro sadat."

After confronting management, the hotel said it WAS the ordered room. Again blamed Expedia/Hotels.com.
