"Very clean helpful staff good cocktails comfortable beds and towels etc"

"Entire property had a distinct odor throughout. Carpet pulling up in hallway and stairwell Roku tv that didn’t work."

"We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space for entertaining. So very peaceful. Would like to stay at their barn next time."

"We stayed in Wilmington for the WEC horse show, where our daughter competed for the first time and came home with a first-place blue ribbon. Although our stay was brief, the property and amenities were perfect for our family. My husband and daughter swam in the heated pool every day, which was fantastic. Our daughter also loved the playhouse, swing set, and hammock — she called it her little clubhouse. My only wish is that we could have stayed a couple extra days to enjoy even more of the...

"Clean, reasonably priced, good location and friendly service."

"Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. All in all, we had a good stay."

"The room was clean, that was the good part. But they lost our registration, the night time person was very hard to understand, they was no shampoo or conditioner, they had to give us 2 queens instead of the king we reserved and then the "deluxe continental breakfast" was 2 rock hard donuts and an old mini muffin in a bag."

Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

"Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,...

"Happened to be traveling thru this area and the facilities are very nice and out of the ordinary for people not in equestrian it was still a great spot to land."
