"We stayed five nights at this resort. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, and the beach and outdoor areas are attractive. Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not live up to the five-star standard advertised. The rooms appear to be finished with fairly low-quality materials – our first room had cracked tiles, scuffed furniture, and poorly finished bathroom surfaces. "the rooms were really worn and in poor condition with many patches and the cleaning was poor. the first room we got, there were long black hairs in the beds and the bathtub was not cleaned. The second room we got was less dirty, but was so over-furnished we could hardly be there. when the cleaners had been there, there was a smell of old acidic floor water. wi-fi kept dropping out and you had to connect every time you changed location in the hotel. it will never be there again!"

"I stopped here for two nights and do not recommend this hotel. The room was dated and filth. TV did not work. Since leaving the hotel a am covered in a rash, caused by bed bugs.
