"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Sweet Retreat. While it was cold and snowy outside we were able to relax in a spacious home and also partake of the hot tub. Large fenced backyard was great for the pup while in the summer it would combine great with the pool and outdoor amenities!"

"Gosh! A beautiful cabin in such a beautiful setting! If there could be improvement, I may suggest dish detergent, bath soap, towel bars/hangers, bedside tables and lamps, as well as a table or chest of drawers to put clothes. Minor fixes I am certain will come as the house is new! Overall, an absolutely wonderful weekend that should have lasted longer!!! Many thanks!"

"The perfect river cottage for three couples. Super clean with all of the needed amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the large fire pit, pavilion area, ping pong table and the flat river frontage. We did two canoe trips launching from Baywood and Riverside. Can’t wait to come back for another adventure. "

"This cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. We were in town for the New River Trail races (I ran the 50k) and we enjoyed the map of the trail on the dining table. The kitchen was stocked and the snacks and K cups were appreciated. There is a trail down to the river (not for those with limited mobility) and it was a fun adventure finding the markers in the trees. The property manager was excellent and helped turn on the fireplace, which was my favorite feature since we were...
