Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. ...

"Very nice room, top floor! Nice surprise for us as we were on our honeymoon with champagne and cake. Daily free refills water tea coffee etc, towels bathrobes etc. amenity kits all provided. Spa was really nice and inclusive of the price of the room and also had a little refreshment station with water tea coffee and smoothie, aswell as fruit and cookies. Staff were also exceptionally well treating. Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect for buses, metro, restaurants, bars and...

"This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi: amazing staff, great breakfast with different options, nice terrace upstairs, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The staff members are very helpful. We parked our car for free at the small parking lot that is designated for the guests only. I would recommend this hotel for a long or short stay in Tbilisi."

"This apartment hotel is actually located inside an arch door entrance way next to another boutique hotel. Once I found it, everything about the property is as reviewed by other guests: clean, spacious, quiet, comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Good value. I would stay there again."

"City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

"An absolute joy to stay here! Quiet area, but within a short walk to old town’s shops and restaurants. Super staff, especially Irakli, who was helpful, kind and patient with all of our questions. Wonderful breakfast, too. Don’t miss this one! "

"Fantastic hotel, in the heart of the city. Very clean facilities and convenient to public transportation. The best part of the stay was the staff, specially Maka and the security night guards. They try everything possible to make the stay memorable, and they accomplish it. I liked it so much that I had to return a week later"

"It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again."

"This was perhaps the best hotel experience of our lives and we have visited all the continents and 70 different countries. It is a charming hotel with outstanding helpful staff. The ambiance is outstanding, food is excellent, and absolutely the quietest hotel we ever stayed in. We highly recommend Vinoyel!"

"We had a great stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful staff. The room was big, the hotel was pretty and the breakfast as aspected. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us the last day when we had to leave in the middle of the night. Defiantly would recommend for others visiting Tbilisi. "
