"We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there, which made everything feel extra magical. The host even provided sleds so our kids could slide down the hill & it truly felt like a winter wonderland.The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with some weather related travel issues while we were flying in. We couldn’t say enough good...

"This owner is impossible to work with. VRBO actually investigated him and refunded us after he would not refund himself. There was no heat in the unit, only 2 small table top space heaters. Missing knobs on stove, fridge wobbled and could fall, upstairs bathroom drawers didn't exist just the front piece and when you pulled on it a hole was behind, one tea bag and an old powder creamer in "coffee bar", AND AN EXTREME SMELL OF URINE. I sent text messages to VRBO along with pictures of all this...

"The place has great potential…bed was comfortable, kitchen /fridge was clean and had the basics. Could use a little better decorating ;) The cleanliness wasn’t terrible aside from the cobwebs and not so clean shower, and the dead Flowers in a vase . We did get 3 towels for 2 people /2 nights…but no hand towels or washrags. We ended up using baby wipes then went to the dollar store to get washrags. I’m sure with a little more personal touches it would be a great little place . The outside needs...

"My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track...
