You simply cannot beat this location!
Right across the river, right next to the Magnificent Mile, a short walk away from Navy Pier, and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient stores.
The pool on the fifth floor is spectacular and offers amazing views of the downtown skyline.
Moreover, the hotel is in a clean and safe part of the city.
Stayed there with two small kids, and had no problem roaming the neighborhood after dark.

Fantastic location, nice room, waterpreasure a bit on the low side.
It showed to be extreamly difficult to get a taxi at the hotel, and the hotel staff wasn't to much help.

We had the best hotel stay ever in Alof Mag Mile! Everything was amazing, the room, the staff, the lobby, I could go on!! Will definitely be back again soon! Location was also great!

The room had a smoke smell at arrival, which may have been caused from the AC or the someone smoking outside, but it improved after turning AC off.
Parking was reasonably close and felt safe. The reception was helpful.
Breakfast was ok, but the throwaway plates and utensils is not very environmentally conscious.
