"Lovely relaxing stay - great staff - one the nicest pub gardens we have seen (not for views but for thoughtful landscaping and making the best of limited space) Most of all great value!"

"Very basic rooms, double beds very small, nowhere to put luggage or clothing Food was poor particularly breakfast Some members of staff were excellent but others somewhat unhelpful Parking was good Toilet facilities in the pub were dirty"

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

"Værelset var koldt og kunne ikke rigtig blive varmet op. Der var ingen tryk i vandet til bruseren, så der kom kun meget lidt vand ud. Samtidig tog det ~5 minutter at få varmt vand. Fin hotel bar og restaurant"

"Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm."

"Character room, good size with everything you would need. There were a few things that needed refreshing but it was all fine for a short stay. The breakfast was really good, hot and well presented with good coffee/tea. Good value for money and good location for many places to visit."
