"Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "

"Great location in Leamington, but the property needs some serious updating. It has next to no amenities at all. And I don’t mean anything fancy - I’m talking simple basics. Our bathroom didn’t have a towel rack, or a ring to hang on, or even a space to put my toothbrush. A simple shelf would help. We had one towel each that was to last us 3 nights. The bedroom had no space - I had to literally crawl over my wife or the bottom edge of the bed to get out. Not even a bedside lamp. The night stand...

"4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. "
