"We had a wonderful experience. The grounds around the Kauai Inn were kept immaculate, it was a very family friendly environment, and the staff was absolutely top notch best of the best. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and time on the island. All of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely book again if planning another trip to Kauai. "

"Worn and dirty The room was worn with a number of deficiencies, e.g. rust ran down the bathtub, the doors in the room had obvious large, black stains of dirt and there was old dust and dirt in the corners. "This was our first time staying on the east shore and it was a great experience overall. Service was good but the building and amenities could use some updating. We stayed for a week over the thanksgiving holiday in a king suite with ocean views and the location was a great bouncing off point for daily activities. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and sweet. They made our stay welcoming and seemed on top of everything. We went to the pool every day and ate at a couple of the restaurants...

"Only stayed 1 night so having the 20% off spa wasn’t useful. Free breakfast or discount at Starbucks would have been more appealing. "

"Fint hotel og god placering. Hjælpsomt personale. Skøn udsigt. Dejligt poolområde og helt tæt på stranden. Rengøring skulle bestilles 2 døgn i forvejen “grundet covid ??” Så vi fik kun 1 rengøring på 5 nætter. Dog kunne der hentes rene håndklæder i receptionen. Sengen var dog virkelig elendig. Tv’et virkede ikke, så de refunderede resortfee, God stil. Vi havde sen hjemflyvning og fik lov at opholde os ved pool med poolhåndklæder hele dagen helt selvfølgeligt :) Jeg vil ikke sige...

"Staff was amazing. The resort is very nice. The beds were the problem. We were in a room with 2 queen sized beds. They are very hard. We didn’t sleep much. The next day the kids were terrible due to the lack of sleep. "
