"Excellent room with a fantastic view of the citadel and river, staff were all very friendly and helped out when we needed them. The only slight criticism is not having any milk in the room and having to ask for it to make a simple cup of tea. Not a major issue though! "

"The rooms are large, quiet, and have the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I love the bar / restaurant, food is excellent. Drinks are expensive, but average for the area. Adore the coffee shop!! "

Breakfast was disappointing because the quality was not consistent however the service during breakfast as far as the staff making sure things were clean and stations were replenished was great. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and came with a nice view of the city. Location was great for dining and close to many attractions. Very walkable. "The staff was very helpful, courteous; simply put very nice to see your staff taking care of clients.
The bathtub wasn't in the best of shape. Thank goodness the hand rail was there; as it can get quite slippery without any adhesive type of protection.

Self check in system was simple and smooth with advanced emails and text reminders. Our suite had no outside view. No biggie for us as we just needed a nice, clean, cool, and cost effective place to stay for a night."
