We faced Grafton St and did not hear any street noise. For dining, we had the breakfast buffet, food and drink service from the bar on the patio and room service. Everything was great. The bathtub wasn't in the best of shape. Thank goodness the hand rail was there; as it can get quite slippery without any adhesive type of protection.
