Love the kitchen and laundry in the suite. TV is not user friendly sometimes. The parking area is safe as it is patrolled by security but it is a bit far from the hotel for bringing suitcases. You can park right in front for a short time."

"Great view of the Edmonton river valley from the dining room and outdoor patio. The staff were all courteous and accomodating.
My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses.

"The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The location was great walking distance to everything we needed! The only issue was homeless at night but that is not in control of the hotel. They did not bother us we did not go outside at dark unaccompanied. We overall enjoyed our stay! Will definitely stay there again! :) "

The only thing with this hotel was the fact that there were many homeless or addicts in the area. More of an eye sore for the area. With that being said we never felt unsafe. There was always security or police patrols in the area so I would say we felt extra safe. We would walk from the hotel downtown and we walked to and from a concert at Roger’s place....

"Its an old hotel building, stayed there in the late 1960s, room is good, just needs remodeling, everything worn. Staff was excellent on check in. No bellman, carry your own luggage to your room. (But saved the tip)
