"Rowlesburg is a hidden gem. A quiet, historic, and scenic little mountain town. The people there are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and glad to have you as a guest. Dinah, who runs the Inn, is simply awesome ! I'm a frequent visitor to West Virginia University football games, and will only ever stay at the Cannon Hill again, even though it's almost an hour from Morgantown."

"The place needs to be updated. Great location if you will be hiking in the nearby mountains. Looks like an old resort that sold land to a developer that built really nice houses, but did not update their hotel to match the neighborhood. The TV is at least 30 years old. Service and staff was great."

"We returned this year because we had such an enjouable experience last Fall. We expected this year to be a wonderful vacation and it was. The cottage is cozy, comfortable and charming. There is plenty to do in the area, but mainly we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere."

"The Love Shack is a fun little get away spot at Deep Creek Lake. The property was very well maintained and located within a short distance of all that we wanted to see. Will rent again when we are coming back to the area. "

"We came to town for a lacrosse tournament and found this lovely cabin. It was perfectly situated, great size, nice deck and hot tub. Communication was easy and we were completely satisfied. We would rent this place again when coming back to the area."
