"When you arrive, you will find the refrigerator OFF and the door open. If you have medication, baby food, dairy products etc. that need to come out of your cooler after a day of travel …into a refrigerator…, if will take 4-6 hours for it to be safe temp. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels and never encountered a hotel that leaves the refrigerators off and open. The front desk staff and manager on duty seemed surprised that this is not the norm, looked at me like I had 2 heads, told me to make...

"Luck of the draw maybe. We were on the second floor, and the entry for their balcony is second floor. Balcony faces main road and Huron Lake. Nice breeze the whole time we were there."
