"Fint sted. Skøn beliggenhed med udsigt over Mackinac Island. Dejlige værelser (lidt spøjst med håndvask uden for badeværelset). Vi havde et på 1. etage med en god lille altan.
Personalet på hotellet var alle meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Absolut et sted der er værd at besøge.
Morgenmaden var som på de fleste moteller, lidt kedelig

"The location was excellent so close to the Main Street. The room was very small and outdated. I know the Island House is a historical inn, but the room didn’t even fit as historical, such as others I have visited. Hot tub was nice, however could have been cleaner. The BBQ restaurant was closed for the season. Breakfast stops being served at 10, so we missed that. Bar was never open when we tried to visit. You’re paying for the location not the room or amenities."
"2nd time staying here. It is clean and the staff is nice. Nice continental breakfast included with great baked goods. The spa pool is great and stays open late which is nice. Our room was big and clean. Our TV did not work, couldn't get it on cable and the signal was not strong enough for the streaming, not a deal breaker though we juat watched a movie on my laptop at night. Dock porter service with a tip. I would srat here again!"
"Everything was clean, the staff very helpful and professional...greeted by all staff. The view and grounds were amazing. Handicapped parking was blocked by your busses."
