"Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was of the highest quality, can highly recommend the lamb shank. The menu is varied and delicious. We had the breakfast, again of the highest quality and well worth the money. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again,...

"Easy check in with pleasant staff. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. This is a pretty new building by the look of it! Room was nice and warm (especially nice as it was a very cold day). Bed was comfortable with clean and high quality linen. Bathroom super clean with plenty of hot, high pressure water in the shower. Ate in the pub part for evening meal and breakfast next day. Food was excellent and decent value for money. Service was good and timely at all times, food was fresh and...

"Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again."
