Welcome to our nice flat located in a 12-unit building, just 400mt from the beach and 800mt from the town center. It offers a comfortable living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed, one double bedroom, and another with a double bed and bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower cabin, and the apartment includes air conditioning and a reserved parking space.
