Hoteller i Rosbercon

"Great room and lovely staff"

"Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good."

"The hotel staff told me I had to pay at check-in. I said I had already paid through Hotels.com. Staff said: «no you have paid through Expedia» I showed her my receipt, but due to it having the hotels.com logo and that the payment had been done in my local currency it didn’t provide sufficient information to avoid the misunderstanding. She tried to call someone but no answer. Again she insisted I had to pay. I assumed that hotels.com had a virtual card setup for my booking. I asked her to...

"The Step House hotel was one of our favorite stays on our Ireland trip! We had a beautiful and spacious room that opened onto a terrace overlooking the gardens and mountains in the distance. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast in the 1808 Pub. The staff was wonderful and the extra touches like flowers and prosecco in the room made this the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and start off our trip! We enjoyed the small town of Borris and walking the Railway trail. We hope to...

"Staff was excellent. We had inquired about laundry services through the expedia app. When we arrived, she had researched local places, as the inhouse had a 24hour turnaround service, but we were only staying 1 night."

"The beautiful Irish countryside has so much to offer. When this is combined with the love for nature that the host Mary shares with you and staying in one of the shepherds huts all conditions for a perfect stay are there. Guidance to nice walks and places to see are part of the warm welcoming to Blackstairs Shepherds Hut. We enjoyed the quietness, a walk along the river Barrow and having dinner in the nearby town Borris."
