Great view but poor neighborghood
The hotel is okay and the ocean view great. But there is no restaurant or bar as descripted. The rooftop was closed for entrance. The area has a lack of charme and places to eat where limited.

We had a minor issue with our room and the staff had it corrected immediately! This hotel and staff is so welcoming! Entire property was so clean! We definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed one night after a cruise
We were in Rome for a cruise and after the cruise ended we got off the ship and headed to the hotel at around 8am in hopes that they would at least let us stow our luggage there while we went to explore Rome before heading back to the States. The gentleman at the front desk was sooooo kind and let us check in early, which allowed my husband and I to take a nap before heading to the Vatican City. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and the hotel had breakfast the next morning. The location was water front tho when we were there in October it was cold and windy but the scenery and service was very nice.

Rome hotel on the sea
The hotel room was sterile. Not very inviting. Especially for the price. But it was clean. The bathroom was big and nice with modern look.

Great place to stay... neighborhood was a bit run down... and very very very tough to get a Taxi to the property. For that reason I would not re-book a trip.

The property was well maintained and nice. Make sure if you book a sea view room that you tell the front desk when checking in. On the far end of the board walk but with scooters on the side walks and the bike rentals at the hotel it was very easy to get around

Stayed here for a week, it was amazing. The staff was friendly and understood English so i was able to communicate with them. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures provided. Breakfast was also amazing everymorning with freshly squeezed juices. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends for sure.

It was on the beach, but the neighborhood to the south was questionable. The hotel was located near a marina which offered some very good restaurants.

Geh nicht dort hin!!! Aufzug im schrecklichen Zustand. Zimmer schmutzig und Bett war zum kotzen. Ich konnte die Käfer auf der Haut spüren... Frühstück schrecklich... Wir sind nach einer Nacht umgezogen.. Vier Sterne - Nein?!!!??? Ich warte noch immer auf eine Antwort wegen einer Rückzahlung... Keine Antwort per Mail erhalten nach 4 Tagen!!!

I can't believe this place is marketed as 4 stars, it is 3 stars at best. The reception staff are nice and friendly, but the facilities are really limited. If you get a room with balcony, expect a view of the building right behind the hotel. Your room needs to say "sea view" to avoid that. The room is tiny, bath tub had bugs, and the "roof top" is basically locked and non functional. There's no in-room service for food, so Uber eats or nearby restaurants are your best bet, about a 10-15 min walk south there's an intersection with lots of restaurants.

The establishment is relatevely new. The location just across the beach is beautiful, staff cortesy is very good. They offer breakfast which is normal standard nothing special. I experienced an issue with the sink, it took a full day to repair it after pressing them. The elevators beside be small often are out service. The Wi-Fi to connect internet is very low speed it takes time to download, in the room at 4th floor was even worse. The room cost is much higher vs what really should be with similar hotel.

We booked it for the view of the sea and that did not disappoint. We enjoyed the breakfast and thankful we got it as there is nothing close by to eat at easily. We didnt realize how far it was from the city center so very inconvenient to get to. Could not figure out how to validate the bus pass and no one was able to explain it to us. So if looking for ease of access to city then this is not the property for you. The other issue here is there is little to no soundproofing between rooms. Not what is expected from a 4 star property. Staff was nice but their advise was not overly helpful and there is no information on touristy activities to do in Roma.
