Navona Grand Suites gives the benefits of a hotel--housekeeping, etc.--with some of the independence that you get from having an apartment. We were very pleased with our accomodations. The only drawback that we saw was that we didn't have a concierge for questions about where to dine or buy tickets, or to make reservations for us.

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience! Staying in a unique historical building with helpful staff, well-maintained rooms, and thoughtful amenities like free cakes and hot drinks served in the communal living room made our stay delightful. The attention to detail throughout the property adds to its perfect blend of comfort and charm.

The appartment was beautiful with a decorated wooden ceiling. It was well-equipped, and although breakfast was not included, in fact coffee and cakes were always available. The owners also helped us with all our transport questions. Highly recommended and ideally situated

It was in the center of rome so we were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit. Staff although not physically present, was able to resolve all my questions in a quickly manner.

This property was beautiful and elegant. Staff was very responsive if we had any questions or issues. They were also super nice. The property was centrally located and within walking distance of everything. We loved Navona Grand Suite, and we highly recommend!

We did not stay at Navona Suite as our booking was cancelled at the last minute. We stayed at Opera House Guest. It was near the train station but a long was from the main sightseeing sites. It was very noisy due to building works going on nearby. The apartment was tired and a little shabby. It was disappointing as if we had had our original choice, we would have had a good location and better apartment.

Nice property in a nice location. Very quiet as it has limited vehicle traffic. The room we were in was hard to find as the instructions were like google translated and didn’t make perfect sense in English. All good we are in another country and respect sometimes there are communication limitations. Also while there is an elevator this property is in no way wheelchair accessible. We were a little disappointed the the room we booked was switched and we were not notified. We had searched out a hotel and booked a room with a tub and that is not what we received. Overall the room was okay. The staff replied immediately when we couldn’t find the room so that was appreciated.

Nice big room and fabulous location
Our family had a great stay at the Navona Grand Suite. The room was very spacious but the best part was the location. Its right in the middle of Rome, walking distance the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colessium, etc.

Das Navona Grand ist kein Hotel im klassischen Sinn. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder so . Die Zimmer sind in einem alten Palazzo und man fühlt sich darin wie eine prinzessin. Bett super bequem, Zimmer groß und sauber. Auf dem Gang gibt es jeden Tag Kaffee, Cappuccino und verschiedene Kuchen umsonst . Nachts mega ruhig trotz super Lage . Alles zu Fuß erreichbar . Trevi-Brunnen 6 Minuten , spanische Treppe 10 Minuten . Direkt am Hotel Restaurant und Bäckerei. Absolut zu empfehlen . Würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen .

Beautiful apartment with great location. My room was clean and large. Checkin instructions were accurate and easy to follow. My stay would be perfect if I didn't bump my forehead against the tiny door at the main entrance (the main entrance was closed most of the time with only a tiny door for in and out.

We loved everything about this property. It was classic Italian (beautiful furnishings and furniture), very comfortable bed, clean and we felt safe. The owner was very friendly, helpful and just outside our room was an area that supplied free coffee, tea, cakes etc. The location was perfect, with lots of historical sites within easy reach, some only a few minutes walk. The Piazza Navona, literally just around the corner is a must. Beautiful baroque architecture and gorgeous fountains with lots of eateries. The evening lights up with performing artists, painters … perfect for a stroll. The little cafe entering the Piazza has the best coffee and pistachio croissants. We were only there for 2 nights but 3 would have been better to see more. Highly recommend this property.

The quaint and historic property although difficult to find was centrally located to all the major sites of Rome. The floor of the room needed cleaning and the shower stall was too short for taller people but overall, this property was a neat gem in central Rome close to good restaurants.

We had a great stay here! Location is great, quiet and right near lots of restaurants, shops, etc. The property is gorgeous and very clean. Our room was very big, comfortable bed and large shower. Would definately return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The directions were clear. They seemed complicated but it all made sense when we arrived, everything was just as it was stated. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the major sites that we wanted to see. Quiet streets away from the noise and hustle of the busy piazzas. We enjoyed the piazzas, of course, but it was nice to get back to our quiet streets. Two restaurants very close to the hotel had superb food. The restaurants in the more trafficked areas were not as good. Our favorite part of the room was the lovely little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The authenticity of the property was unique. But the rooms were very dirty. The bathroom smells mildew, the toilet was dirty. The floor was never mopped and everything was extremely dusty. The bedroom was dirty too everything was dusty and not clean. Could not sit anywhere but couch. Everything was so outdated and broken

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review, we did a check with the housekeeper to understand why your room was so neglected and the housekeeper apologizes but during your stay it was not possible to do more because your things left scattered anywhere in the room didn't allow for proper housekeeping, and housekeepers aren't allowed to move your personal items. Our rooms are furnished with antique and unique objects not with old and broken things ... but on this I can only say that we are sorry that you have booked the wrong place for you. We were pleased to have your opinion and we thank you for your contribution.

Charming Luxury Accommodation
This hotel is a gem! It was extremely spacious and had luxury fixtures. The room had great air conditioning and was very clean. I can’t believe the price of the room but still got luxury accomplished, incredible value. It’s not a room service type hotel with amenities like pool or spa, but we weren’t looking for that. And it’s such a charming historic place. The hotel managers are very generous and are happy to help with booking cabs or local suggestions. Location is not in a touristy, overcrowded area. You feel more like you’re living like a local. Close walk to all the major attractions.

THE BEST OF EVERYTHING! This place was amazing in every way. Was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Location was perfect. Not right on the tourist areas, but close enough to walk to many famous Roman attractions (Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Vatican). 15 minute walk to the Spagna metro stop. Two of the best restaurants we ate at in Rome are 100 feet away from this hotel’s front door. Could not have asked for a better or quieter location. Thank You
