The apartment is located about 1.5 km from St. Peter's Basilica, in a quiet and well-served residential neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity you will find: cafés, pastry shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, ATMs, and much more.
The location is strategic and well connected: a short distance from the taxi stand, from the stops of three bus lines that go directly to the historic center, less than 1 km from the Baldo degli Ubaldi Metro A station, and 2 km from the San Pietro train station. Just a few steps away is the beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a quiet building with a concierge, features a spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning in every room and ultra-fast Wi-Fi. Each room also has a TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video. We provide bed linens and towels for all guests to ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and microwave, as well as standard appliances like refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. You will also find a brand-new, complete cookware set, plates, glasses, mugs, espresso cups, wine glasses, an ice bucket, and shot glasses.

BEDROOM 1 – “Legno” (Wood)
The first bedroom (16 sqm) features a king-size bed (180×200), a large 4-door wardrobe, a sofa that can be converted into a 130×190 cm bed, and a Smart TV. Equipped with air conditioning.

BEDROOM 2 – “Ferro” (Iron)
The second bedroom (14 sqm) has a double bed (160×200), an open wardrobe, and a Smart TV. Equipped with air conditioning.

LIVING ROOM
The living room (18 sqm) includes a three-seater sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable 160×180 cm bed with a 17 cm thick mattress, a table, a Smart TV, a TV stand, and a 2-door wardrobe. Equipped with air conditioning.

HALLWAY
In the hallway, there is a large built-in 4-door wardrobe offering ample storage space.

BATHROOMS
The apartment has two bathrooms: one with just a toilet and sink, and the other with a full bathtub.
Both are equipped with a hairdryer, courtesy set, and towels.

The apartment is sanitized before each check-in and is equipped with a first aid kit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
GUEST ACCESS:
According to Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Italian law), accommodation can only be provided to persons with valid ID or other legal identification. All members of a group or family must be identified.

Guest identification will be carried out during check-in. For practical reasons, a photo of each ID will be taken for registration with the State Police portal and will be deleted immediately after registration is complete.
