Roligt område tæt på Colosseum og Forum Romanun
Hotellet beliggende på Via Baccina, ligger i et dejligt roligt område med enkelte gode restauranter og cafeer, hvor prisen er væsentligt lavere og kvaliteten er ok eller bedre, end midt i Rom og ved de store attraktioner/seværdigheder. Let at gå rundt til samtlige af Roms store seværdigheder fx knap 50 min til Vatikanstaten i den anden ende af byen.

This properly is in a great location there are some really nice restaurants just across the road and it’s a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. The area felt safe. The shower in our room (iTube) had weak water pressure and was difficult to wash my hair in. The safe didn’t seem to work I tried to ask the lady who worked there but she didn’t understand English. The flooring could do with replacing.We checked in at around 9pm and the instructions sent were easy to follow. Overall I was happy with the accommodation, it was quiet, we slept well and the location made it a great stay.

Honestly, I dont know how this property is listed in expedia. The layout is horrendous, the rooms are directly connected to the main dining/reception area so theres minimal privacy and you hear all the voices and sounds of people coming in. The bathroom, toilet and sink is all in 1 room pushed into a tiny corner of the room. The soap dispenser was broken, the bedsheets were washed but had red stains. Talked to the owner and requested a refund and he wouldn't cooperate. I understand theres no refund policy, but expedia needs to do a better job of filtering out extremely low end places like this. We left this place and booked the hotel forum which was closeby and 10x better.

The accomodation in general was a horrible experience I do NOT recommend this. - You get a 'free minibar which contains 1 soda for the whole stay - Every morning 7 am the tv in the mid room where the hotel workers are start playing louf music so good sleep is no option. - The bed was really bad, dirty(coffee stain, red stains,...) and annoying bedsheets. They kept seperating every night for the blanket. - There is no hotel personel present after the evening, so if you have issues or you can´t come in you have to contact them and pray that they come within the hour. - For what we had it´s overpriced as hell. - 0 privacy if you´re sharing the room with your friend/family, the bath/toilet is in the room and no walls covering them. - The only only good I can say is the location but all the rest was not good. If you see this review, you´re better of booking somewhere else if you want a comfortable/nice stay.

Dear guest, first of all I apologize to you if your experience was not pleasant, we will make use of your words to improve our serviceHowever, I am forced to make some clarifications. The most important one is that we are not a hotel but a guesthouse, as such we are not obliged to have a 24-hour reception, in any case since your arrival I have been present via WhatsApp giving you all the necessary instructions upon your arrival and my full availability for your entire stay.In the morning we are present from 07.00am to 2.00pm after which I am always available.The minibar (free) is stocked with 2 waters, 1 coke, 1 beer and some sweet snacks and snacks.You will hardly find this service in other facilities and I don't understand your complaint about a free service.I apologize for the stains on the blanket inside the sheets, we will certainly pay more attention, but I guarantee cleanliness, they were indelible stains caused by previous guests that did not go away with washing.Regarding privacy, our rooms are special with different furnishings than normal, there are very clear photos on the site where you booked where you can see the position of the tub and the bathroom, complaining about this I honestly don't understand and I don't understand what the our mistake.Regards

Friendly staff, they helped me with a small problem I had during my stay in a brilliant way. My room had some minor wear and tear but was very comfortable. I advise you to pay attention to the communications they send you before arrival, the reception does not have continuous opening hours but all the instructions for accessing the room are sent via email or WhatsApp. Recommended guesthouse.

Small property within a communal garden. The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay, I received a lot of information via email. On the day of my arrival I was contacted via WhatsApp for instructions on how to access as the reception has limited opening hours. I was satisfied and recommend it. A special thanks to Giulio, manager of the facility.

This property is a scam, Expedia should remove it immediately. Upon arriving, we were given the wrong room, we were disappointed as the whole premise of irooms are the various themes it offers. We booked ITube and were instead given IZen. We contacted the manager and explained we were given the wrong room- he replied saying “We made the change believing that a larger room would be to your liking. We are sorry if this was not the case.” My husband called to explain we wanted the room we originally booked as we liked the features. Plus the IZen was extremely outdated, had dirty walls, some bugs, a bent toilet seat, and the main door was very hard to close as it got stuck on the wall. The manager told us we could move rooms the following morning. The next morning we received a text stating that the iroom customers would be leaving the NEXT day and then we could switch. Not only did he lie about the day we could switch, he also lied about the reason for not giving us the room we booked- he had said he thought we would like the bigger (albeit worse) room- when in reality he had double booked. We were only staying 4 nights, so half the time wasn’t in the room on our booking, we asked for a refund only to be met with arguments, lies and false accusations. Finally after days of requests, the manager agreed to give a refund, even sent a fake receipt of the refund. It has been a month and we still haven’t received it. Upon contacting him, we were left on read and ignored.

Discusting and dirty place. Strong smell of humidity in the room and a lot of mold in the bathroom. Avoid this place, does not look like the picture at all. Included breakfast, ok but not good and not a lot of choice. The person from the hotel on place does not offer help and they cannot call a taxi for you!! Never get at any hotel like this one!! Do not recomand at all. Very expensive for nothing. The only good side, is the emplacement of the hotel close to everything.

Notre check in catastrophique, personne à la réception, pas de parking, la ruelle petite, appartement avec une salle de bain où la peinture était caillée et bouton de la douche ne fonctionne pas pour 3 nuitées, les serviettes ne sont pas changées et les petits déjeuners très simples, si vous arrivez vers 9h30 alors que ce service se termine à 10h, il n'y a plus rien et vous vous contentez de ce qui reste à manger, pas de refill. Ne pas demander un expresso à 9h55 car le service s'arrete à 10h, pas du tout aimable si vous ne parlez pas italien. Bref, nous avons réglé pour 3 nuitées mais avons dormi que la 1ère nuitée et nous sommes partis .

We are sorry that your experience was negative, but there are things I don't understand.You wrote that you left after the first night, but then you write that your towels weren't changed for three nights (false, we change them every two days), you write that the breakfast was never up to scratch, but how do you know if you left after the first night?If you have to write false things at least do it intelligently.The problem is that when you arrived you were expecting a hotel, but we are a guest house and this is written everywhere.Three days before your arrival you received an email with the reception hours, with instructions on how to get your room, where to find parking and all the contact details for support (telephone, email, cell phone, whatsapp).Due to your mistake, you booked a guest house instead of a hotel, you didn't read the information we sent you and out of spite you wrote a fake review accusing us with made-up things.I advise you to pay more attention next time and to be more correct and respectful towards the work of others.Regards

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das italienische Frühstück war ok, das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer von der Größe und Ausstattung her auch gut. Allerdings war alles sehr hellhörig aufgrund der dünnen Wände. Auch das Hotel zu finden war etwas schwierig, da es unten an der Straße schlecht beschildert war. Allerdings ist die Lage super, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

What was advertised online was ABSOLUTELY not what i got. The place was dirty, there was no wash rags, no iron or iron board, mold and mildew in the bathroom, the VERY Unpleasant chef lady, and there was a sign that we shouldnt go into the kitchen, yet they made coffee, what should i have drank it from? My hand? There wasnt even a garbage bin to throw away food, i couldnt eat ag the table, had to eat in my room. So many things wrong for the amount of money i paid. This was indeed a scam!

Going around the private kitchen and opening all the drawers and doors touching and taking things intended for the customers.Booking for one guest and showing up in two and refusing to pay the difference.Disturbing all the customers at 6:00 am by yelling, banging doors and making the child play in the corridors near the other rooms. The colleague simply told you that the kitchen is for staff use not customers and she asked if you needed anything could it be asked for, obviously this was not enough and you have written this review out of spite, This is the real scam and this is some of the rudest behavior we have ever seen.I hope I don't have more customers like you

Property was far from what was expected. No signage at entrance and it was hard to know where to go or what to do for check in. Was of the impression that it was a hotel but it was a bunch of rooms in a building. Rooms not as pictured. Bathroom door unable to close, fixtures broken and not very clean. Lady at reception not very friendly. No coffee or tea as stated. Coffee pot left in main arena but without cups or anything. No temperature control in room and it was terribly cold. Bed linen had hair and dust on it so not sure if it was clean. Room just felt very dated and unclean. Would not return or recommend. Not worth the price.

As mentioned in your family member's review, you were among the rudest and most unfair customers I've ever had. The colleague kindly asked you to respect the customers of our structure by not making noise early in the morning and not to use rooms and equipment intended for staff. You wrote these reviews out of spite, but fortunately there are many others written by more friendly and loyal customers who say the exact opposite of the one written by you.

Det var fräscht och rent däremot motsvarande inte alls mina förväntningar. Toaletten och duschen avdelare var i frostat glas. Duschen saknade halva stängningen så man kunde inte duscha i fred. Toadörren gick inte att stänga . Kylen fuskade inte.

Dear Jhon I am sorry that you have encountered this problem upon your arrival, but several days before your check in we have sent you an email with all the information regarding reception opening hours and codes to open the doors in case of late arrival. The email included my email address, my mobile number and whatsapp contact in case of help. We are also located in a condominium because we are a guesthouse and not a hotel, which is clearly indicated on the site where you booked. Struttura veramente bella, pulita e moderna. Posizione fantastica a 5 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e comodo per tutti gli itinerari, accessibile a tutto, molto vicino anche alla metro. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto accomodare e con una cartina della città alla man ci hanno fatto vedere possibili itinerari, molto comodo e super apprezzato! Veramente consigliato, in particolare la iSpa, con una vasca idromassaggio pazzesca pronta a farti rilassare non appena si rientra da una lunga giornata di camminate. Consiglio a tutti di provare quest'esperienza!

This room was amazing. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were above expectations, and came with extras such as a stocked mini fridge, and an amazing home hooked breakfast that was a great start to the day. If I come back to Rome, it will be at this location.

Tucked away in a very trendy part of Rome near Cavour station and 8mins to the Colosseum - iRooms have a great little location. However: broken taps, ceiling lights not working, a loud air-conditioning and no soap/shower gel made for a mediocre stay. However on closer inspection the room wasn't all that clean... looking at the floor around the bed, the bed feet are filthy, and the bath was not properly cleaned. Sorry iRooms - it just wasn't that good yet you want €300 for 2 nights

Great location, amazingly quiet once through the doors of the Main Street. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the ispa room which had a fantastic bathroom and a small seating area as well as the bedroom. The bedroom and seating area could do with a a few more comfort touches if I’m being picky but overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The breakfast buffet was also really lovely
