Dear Guest,we are sorry to hear about your experience at our hotel.However, there are times for breakfast that must be respected, so Monday through Friday it closes at 10:00 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday it closes at 11:00 a.m., just like any other hotel in the world.As for the rudeness of other people, others to ask to be quiet in respect of others, if the guest who was playing music until 3:00 a.m. did not accede to the request for silence, I don't think there is anything the night concierge can do except to keep asking them to stop, unless a public safety issue arises and then we have to call the police. Concerning changing rooms or extending your stay, this cannot always be done, as the hotel is small and fills up quickly, so if one receptionist first told you yes and the second told you no, this is because at the time of the second request there were no more vacant rooms available.Regards,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay but we do not allow food to be brought into the room or outside the breakfast room for two reasons. The first reason is that food attracts insects (especially ants) and since we are surrounded by gardens and parks, it is quite easy for these animals to be attracted to food and enter your room and this would trigger another type of complaint from customers (the presence of ants or insects in the room) which we would like to avoid. The second reason is linked to the fact that if a yogurt is not stored properly (for a thousand reasons, starting with the fact that it is not placed in the mini-bar) you may feel bad and we do not want to be responsible for this.Therefore, for the safety of customers and our operators, there are rules to be respected which may seem like limitations for those on holiday, but which are essential for hoteliers.Furthermore, the stars are assigned based on the characteristics of the rooms, of the building itself (in 2023 the building will be 110 years old) and the services it offers: having a restaurant in Italy to have 4 stars does not it is necessary.We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with an unforgettable and satisfying stay experience in all aspects.
