"Has all the basic things you need. It's clean, the hotel staff are polite, the AC works etc. It's a hostel, but one of the nicer ones. Only problem we faced was that the elevator is not working, and it's on the fourth floor. Don't expect the elevator to start working, since it was from ancient times. :-)"

"This older family hotel is situated in a unique position on the outskirts of the pyramids. From the dining/roof terrace you overlook Khufu pyramid. On waking in the morning the view of the pyramid from our balcony was magical and atmospheric with calls to prayer. The breakfasts were basic but more than adequate to start the day, with good coffee. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Excellent support and service from Mahmood, Ibrahim and everyone else that supported us at King Khafren during our visit. We had excellent tour support from Ibrahim and Mahmood made sure we were driven around and shown a great time. We had great restaurant recommendations and a brilliant tour guide called Fati who was enthusiastic, interesting and helpful. "

"The hotel was amazing, from the beautiful view at room 305 to the excellent staff (front desk, dining/kitchen and auxiliary staff). Mira and Yuri was great in accommodating to anything I needed. my issues only was that the WIFI is spotty outside the hotel, even the balcony. The shower bit small. No elevator/lift. Other then those minor details, the stay was great. Also, if you need a ride around the Cairo/Giza or anywhere contact Soloiman at 201222949811."

"I stayed here at the end of the year. The owner was very friendly and gave me advice on my travel plans and even decided the time for breakfast. On that day, he prepared a big cake and drinks for me on the rooftop terrace. And it was free! This was a wonderful memory that I will never forget. Thank you! I want to go back again!"

"Very clean, modern, up to date, high class hotel. Very good breakfast. Unpolite, careless staff. My luggage and bag was left in the middle of lobby on my departure for an hour while I was having my breakfast and waiting for my ride to the airport. I had my passport and money in the bag. Was lucky no one took it. In my 5 days stay, didnt see a single smile or a welcoming impression from any of the staff. Any question was either not replied or in a way, as guests are disturbing them."
