The only negative thing I could say about the property. It is a little bit more difficult to get up to the bedroom and with your bags otherwise great. Thanks!"

"This property sits back in a grove of trees and flowering plants but within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy breakfast or a late afternoon cocktail at the outdoor table shaded by said grove. Simply but satisfactorily appointed, the accommodations are great for a weekend getaway or a week at the beach. Newburyport and it’s many attractions and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive back from this property"

"Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!"

"This house exceeded all of our expectations. We were looking for a nicer home for our large family trip. We truly found it here! There was everything you can imagine in this house . It literally looks brand new. Whoever decorated did a phenomenal job! All the little details really make it look and feel like a beautiful beach home. Fully stocked kitchen, Game room, 2 bathrooms, and 5 gorgeous bdrms! Very clean as when you walk in it smells brand new and such a great location. Our adult kids loved...
