The property is walkable to many of Rockport’s best attractions, including downtown Rockport and Old Garden Beach, both less than a 10-minute walk away.



A car is recommended for exploring the wider Cape Ann area, including Gloucester, Good Harbor Beach, Halibut Point, Annisquam, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and other nearby destinations.



Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the shared driveway. Please inquire in advance if you plan to bring additional vehicles.

This property is one half of a thoughtfully designed duplex with quiet, full-time neighbors next door. Please enjoy the space respectfully.
