FREE Heated Pool:
The pool heater is FREE of charge, and please arrange this service in advance. We'll set the heater before your arrival to ensure it is warmed up for you. Water temperatures are typically set to 80-85 degrees based on the time of year. Please do not attempt to control it yourself. It costs $200 to get the pool technician out to reset, and this will be billed to responsible guests.


Private Screened Pool: Fully fenced for privacy with provided floats and patio seating.

Chef’s Kitchen: Brand-new appliances, Air Fryer, Instant Pot, and a Blackstone Grill.

Entertainment Hub: 65” Smart TV, Nintendo Switch, and family board games.
