"Such a cute place to stay! Very clean and good communication with the owner. We did have an issue with getting hot water for showers, but finally got it warm enough that we could get in."

"Location was a quiet getaway that was close enough to downtown to take breaks on our vacation if needed. Very clean (minus dusty fans/bathroom fans and a shower drain that wouldn’t clear quickly but they offered to fix while there but we declined). Prompt responses from them with anything that came up. Could probably use more padding on the beds but I might just be old and everything hurts. The 2 bathrooms for a girl’s trip was nice! Everything was orderly. Watch for deer on your drives in and...

"Great place to stay. Super close to UT, 8 minutes to the aquatics center. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Huge kitchen. Overall excellent experience. We loved it and would absolutely stay again next time we are in town!"

"Lovely place especially the deck! Perfect place for a family gathering! It’s even nicer than the pictures! We would definitely stay there again."

"What a beautiful experience. The smokies can be hectic but it remains a great destination. Far from the hectic tourist experience but surprisingly close in terms of distance this location defines the term “ peaceful retreat” . Set in acres of open meadow and offering views that memories are made from, the barn itself is beautifully crafted with an interior that offers a thoughtful and comforting space to the weary traveler. The surroundings are everything that we imagine of the Appalachian...

"Host was very accommodating, was just an awesome cozylittle mountain in the mountains with access to acute little lake!!!! Thanks!!"

"We recently stayed at Sweet Haven while looking for a house to purchase in the Maryville area. It was the perfect location. Everything was just as you would expect in a VRBO, clean, very comfortable beds in wonderfully large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. The front porch was my favorite place. Communication with the host was seamless and we would definitely stay here in the future."

"Everything from the listing was accurate and lived up to the pictures. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is a very peaceful getaway spot!"

"I enjoyed the tiny train car. The owners are great and the property is beautiful. The only thing that bothered me was the very high security deposit that did not appeared on the Expedia website but came in later in an email."

"House is great! Would definitely stay here again"

"The house was perfect. Location was great. I would rent again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed all the games in both game rooms."

"Over all we were happy with our stay here, good location close to downtown restaurants! Thanks happy customer!"

"We had a great stay! Cute little place, perfect for what we needed!"

"Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The bath is beautifully appointed with lovely tile and a modern shower. The main bedroom has a king memory foam mattress which felt to be medium firm. There is a...

"This was an open space and a cute property for us to stay in for the week. It definitely felt like an old barn as it was a little squeaky but there was hot water The shower was extremely nice. The yard was great to play in. We would definitely stay again."

"Very quiet clean comfortable and convenient. Shower is a bit small. You have to like memory foam mattresses. I would stay there again."
