"Very clean and good location. Communication was spotty with the owner but he eventually answered. Overall nice place to stay. It was nice to have a fenced in backyard for the dogs. Lots of mosquitoes back there so bring bug spray if staying out there for more than a few minutes."

"Beautiful house and property. Location is very quiet. Great fishing off the dock. If your looking for somewhere to get away and unwind i hightly recommend this property. Enjoyed the corn hole and kayaks as well. Everything you need in the kitchen. Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Will definetley be back at a later date! Stayed June 17th - 20th!"

"We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown."

"This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great! We made smores, celebrated my daughter's birthday and had good time playing games. The host was nice enough to get us cupcakes and balloons for the celebration which was awesome!!! The place was on a quiet street, and we felt safe. We would stay here again if needed."

"Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them."
