"The cabin was great. The one piece of advice I will offer is DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LISTING!!! Follow the written directions the host provides. Our GPS took us a way that was impassable and locked with a gate. The roads around the property are gravel/dirt with plenty of tire-popping potholes. Be very careful. The cabin was great except for the beds. We ended up leaving one night early because we couldn't get a full night's sleep on either the bed upstairs nor the pull-out...

"If you’re looking for peace & quiet, with the gorgeous Tygart River within 30 yards… this is the place for you! Host addresses minor issues quickly & efficiently & is super friendly! Grandchildren enjoyed the bunk beds & riding their scooters on road & bridge (very little traffic) … no cell phone signal but was nice to unplug & we could text with Starlink wi-fi! We truly had a marvelous time in spite of lots of rain. "

"Unplugging from regular life for a week was great, nephew (age 7) went through withdrawl from the internet though. So many places to go hiking we were busy all the time. Going to town for groceries wasn't bad! The river was a bit cool for swimming, but was a grand adventure regardless. Definitely recommend!"
