"We rented this cabin for a family getaway for Memorial Day. Everything was exactly as the listing stated. The property was super clean and well appointed. The property is unique with a kitchen on both levels and a full bathroom in the the lower level game room area. The views are stunning and I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock"

"I’ve been searching for months to find a relaxing and secluded spot to unwind for my birthday. This little cabin stood out! Check in was super easy! Just text the host when you are arriving, and the door will be opened prior to your arrival. The cabin was exactly as described and if you read the reviews, you’ll know, it was fully stocked with all amenities. The room gives a hotel suite vibe, but cozier. The breakfast amenities were an excellent touch! Fresh eggs, blackberry jam, English muffins!...

"This enchanting cabin was such a treat for us. The location afforded a quick trip into town while allowing a retreat into the woods by the lake for a quiet time of relaxation. Everything was as described making the cabin welcoming and comfortable. I was even impressed with the cleanliness of the porch. There was no pollen to contend with before we settled outside to enjoy the view of the lake. We will be back!"

"Stayed a weekend after graduation at Liberty University. House is just as pictured with plenty of room for our crew of 5 adults. The game room and fire pit were favorites of ours, and the lake was much more calm and peaceful than others we have visited. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here for a getaway after the holidays. Beautiful cabin, clean with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and fishing from the dock - caught a couple nice sized catfish. Hosts were readily available for any questions or minor issues. Will look to stay here again. "

"It was close to McAfee Knob, Tinker Cliffs & Dragon's Head trailheads. Loved the charm of the updated 1940's cottage (all modern conveniences). Easy scenic drives in all directions. Great coffee & food: Sycamore Station, Salem & Lemon & Vale Cakery, New Castle. See covered bridges near Newport & Dismal Falls.
